Welcome to Koala Class. Mrs Peachey-Smith is the Class Teacher and Miss Jones And Miss Esson are the Class Teaching assistants. We also welcome Miss Redman to our team, she will be shared with the EYFS team. 

Our Term 5 topic is Spring. We will be looking at all things in spring, and then we will learn about the religious festival Holi. The stories this term are Elmer, Percy the park keeper one spring day and non-fiction spring. 

     

  

          

 

Forest School

       

During Term 5 we will go to Forest School every week on Monday. Your child will need to bring in their Forest School kit for these sessions. Please provide them with old clothes and some Wellington boots. If the weather is cold, please make sure your child has their coat.

P.E

Our P.E day is Thursday. Please make sure your child comes to school with their P.E kit on their day. This should be in a named bag and should include shorts, a t-shirt and plimsolls/trainers. As the weather is cold at the moment you might want to include some jogging bottoms.

  

 

Home Learning and Reading

Home learning is sent home every week on Fridays when children's reading books are also changed. Children are also encouraged to read every day at home and receive Dojo points when they do this. Please Sign the reading record so we can keep track what books have been read.
