We have set up a dedicated email address for parents/carers which will be monitored daily by Miss Middleton and Mrs Campbell. If you have any safeguarding concerns or home learning questions please email us and we will try and help wherever possible.
It has come to our attention that a scam is in operation regarding Free School Meal Vouchers. Please do not share your bank details with anyone claiming they need them to activate vouchers.
Today we have made the very difficult decision to close Pilgrims’ Way Primary School due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, the need of our families and the safety of all our staff. At this time I cannot say when we will reopen, please continue to monitor our website and Facebook links.
All school staff will continue to work from home. If you need to get in touch, please email us using email@example.com. Mrs Campbell and I monitor this email throughout the day and will either answer personally or forward your question to the relevant member of staff.
The website will be updated weekly (early on Monday mornings ready for the day’s learning) with Home Learning Information and links to educational sites.

If your child/children are in receipt of Free School Meals you should have received an email/text to enable you to choose supermarket vouchers for the value of £2.30 per day, per child. Remember Universal Free School Meals is not part of the government offer for the vouchers. If you feel you should be eligible for Free School Meals you can apply at:

The DfE have now released their list of critical workers, please see the letter attached below for more details and to complete a short survey.
The government has this evening made the unprecedented decision to close all schools from the end of the day on Friday. We are currently working hard to fully understand the finer details of what has been announced and will be in touch with further details.
We continue to react to the ever-changing coronavirus crisis. Following latest advice from the government, people are now advised to stay at home for 14 days if they, or anyone in their household, has either a high temperature or a "new and continuous cough". We will continue to work with all families to ensure that this advice is followed for the wellbeing of all within our community.
