Term 3

English - Reading and Writing

This will be our first term in the new building. It will be very exciting and a chance to start the new year afresh in a beautiful and inspiring learning space.

We will be reading The Extraordinary Colours of Auden Dare by Zillah Bethell, a beautiful adventure about a young boy who cannot see colours. We will continue to link our writing to the children's experiences and will be helping the children to debate some difficult issues. 

Maths

In maths the children will be consolidating their knowledge of fractions before moving on to multiplication and division.

Science & Geography

In science we will be looking at the properties and changes of materials. 

In geography the children will be learning about the famous Alps mountain range.

P.E

P.E. is on Mondays. Please ensure your child comes to school wearing their PE kit.

Forest School

Forest School will be on Wednesdays this term. Please check Dojo regularly for class updates.
