This term, our topic is 'Is France a oui bit different?'. We are looking forward to learning about this through subjects such as Geography, English and Art.

If you haven't done so already, please connect to Class Dojo. It is a great way of communicating and viewing your child's achievements.

Lion class will have PE on Wednesday and Friday afternoons. On Wednesdays, we will be going outside and on Fridays, we will be inside, in the hall.

It is extremely important that children read every night at home, as well as spend time on TT Rockstars and Spelling Shed. Children have their own log-in details for these, which are written on their reading records, but please ask if you have misplaced them. MyOn can help with reading at home. This website will direct the children straight onto the Accelerated Reader website, so that they can take a quiz.

This term, we will be reading Street Child by Berlie Doherty. This story is about a boy, who struggles to survive on the streets of Victorian London, after his mother dies.
