This term, our topic is the 'Why did the Ancient Maya change the way they lived?'. We are looking forward to learning about this ancient civilisation through subjects such as History, English and Art.

Lion class will have PE on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. These sessions will both be outside, so please ensure that children have warm clothes because it's starting to get colder!

We will be taking part in a full day of Forest School later in the please look out for more information soon!

It is extremely important that children read every night at home, as well as spend time on TT Rockstars and Spelling Shed. Children have their own log-in details for these, which are written on their reading records, but please ask if you have misplaced them.

This term, we will be reading Running Wild by Michael Morpurgo. This story is about overcoming adversity while embarking on the adventure of a lifetime!
