Year 3 - Robin Class

Welcome to Term 1

I hope you have all had an amazing break and are ready to begin the new year as a Robin!

This term we will begin with a History enquiry, 'Would you prefer to live in the Stone Age, Bronze Age or Iron Age?'. Allowing the children to create timelines and look at the changes that occurred before making up their own minds to answer the question.

In Reading, we will be reading, 'The Stolen Spear' by Saviour Pirotta. An exciting story based in the Stone Age. 'Weakness of any kind is frowned upon. Only bravery is admired. I pray to the spirits every day to make me brave'. Will he succeed? 

PE will be every Friday afternoon. Please make sure you have a PE kit in school to change into. 

Forest School will be Tuesday afternoon. Please remember your Forest School kit and appropriate footwear. Check the Class Dojo page for regular updates on Forest School.
